beyond a reasonable doubt

beyond a reasonable doubt

A Poem by jacob erin-cilberto

beyond a reasonable doubt

escape the monocle of the past

evade evidence that purloins the future

evolve within the present,

love is awaiting

to be creating

symmetry syncopating

when you pirouette within

placate your heart

probe into hers,

with an open mind

happiness could become

an open and shut case

solved

by sated

soul mates.

Love happens when you both see it and believe it at the same time.
I really like this optimistic piece.
