A Screaming MuteA Poem by erframanAbout a witness called "traffic light"..
Like every past morning
I say "Red" And those tires screeching Yesterday I was fixed by an oily-haired guy Why? I lost my tears.. A truck passed without looking at my glaring eye Snatched five laughter of school peers Today I prayed before I say "Red" My rutinity, watching everyone who waits still Today that tall old man wears a beret And, oh la la! There's a new guy holding an elegant limousine wheel My brother's turn to say "Green" Green, so those engines waving goodbye Well haha what a beautiful, that limousine Okay, now it's mine "Red!" Ah, no! Why that car not slowing down? I scream, "RED!!!" I'm desperately squeezing the ground "RED!! YOU RETARDED!!" Then.. 1 2 3, and.. I heard a crash again... I start crying.. Again.. And maybe tomorrow I'll be fixed.. Again.. © 2014 erframanAuthor's Note
