The Cobwebs Of PainA Poem by Eric CoxThe cobwebs of pain bleed the soul haunting plights can gnaw deep holes the loss of loved ones can bring dark tears a cobweb of pain no one should feel shear the darkness from black souls haunts this land causing cobwebs of pain tainting what should be grand diseases crawl inside and plague many lives the health all should feel can be cut like searing knives when encompassed by physical debilities these cobwebs can cause the pain of sailing black seas hunger, poverty, the list goes on and on the cobwebs of pain should never dawn no nightmares should ever plague you and I hold onto hope and never let it die embrace those hurting with the heart of a dove ease the tears of pain till the shroud of God's love. © 2013 Eric CoxFeatured Review
