Blue Bird

Blue Bird

A Poem by Eric Cox

Blue bird in the tree
you are wild and free
what is flying like, it has to be fun
soaring free in the summer sun
flying about in the open air
you can go anywhere
how I wish I were thee
flying so free,
blue bird in the tree
shed a tear for me.

I love this and "you" are written all over it! I can't wait until my mother sees it. She is going to love it!! Well, it's simply beautiful!!!
