Beautiful Love

Beautiful Love

A Poem by Eric Cox

She came into his life one Autumn day
she soothed away all that was grey
he had grown tired of living alone
that was all that he had ever known
then she appeared and gave him a smile
they found love after only a short while
she moved into his forest home
through the woods they love to roam
they are so alike each other
any storm they can weather
they will always be together
hand in hand forever,
red roses and Chardonnay
nights of passionate play
walks in the woods each day
down inside their youth will stay
their hearts beat together
in each other they find treasure
he came into her life one Autumn day
he soothed away all that was grey.

A special poem of love. Just a smile & the need to share a life with someone that has the same passions & you can share in a place where you live on a beautiful autumn day & hopefully forever. Sounds wonderful, especially, walks in the woods.

This is a fantastic, tender romantic love poem. I really like the sweetness in this, its a 'feel good' 'warm and fuzzy' positive love poem. Outstanding work.
