Dog Biography

A tribute to dogs.

Dogs are beautiful friends

and loyal to the end

their tails wag to and fro

they're so cute and lovable

Dogs are beautiful

large round eyes mirror their souls

we give them warm cozy homes

and leashed or not they thrill to roam

Dogs are cool

each a jewel

with waggily tails

friendship sails

with carpets of fur

and long ears for sure

always by our sides

protectors, that never hides

Woof! Woof! Woof! Barks sure abound

critters on paws follow us all around

warmth comes alive and blooms contentment

because they return the love we've sent

Dogs we love

a gift from up above

dogs blossom our lives more full

dogs are beautiful

Look into their eyes

for emotion that never dies

I guess you're a dog lover by heart and poet also...a dedication piece here in the lines of this one...I like the 2nd to the last stanza:
