Food PoemA Poem by Eric CoxA tribute to delicious food.My heart aches for pancakes My soul cries for french fries My mind screams for ice cream My tongue longs for Ding Dongs My taste buds sing with each barbecue wing When I smell bacon sizzle satisfaction won't fizzle Snicker Doodles I make for my taste buds' sake After pizza's in my oven its' heavenly taste I'll be lovin' Homemade bread I savor such warm exquisite flavor Corn dogs at the fair ecstasy will flare Egg rolls through my lips and heaven grips When burritos reach my mind such pleasure to unwind I love delicious food it blooms an enraptured mood There's so many foods to treasure they are so delicious to devour © 2013 Eric CoxFeatured Review
