Rock Erupts From Your Soul

Rock Erupts From Your Soul

A Poem by Eric Cox

Rock & roll erupts deep from your soul
you capture our core with sweet rock & roll
the heart of your fans set aglow
can't wait for the thrill of the show

When caught in the clouds, feel the toll
after abuse you still have some soul
your works of gold rise till aglow
in the end your talent will flow

Up on the stage shines chords from your soul
you work for fame and fortune and for good times to roll
your talent still flows as the heart of the shows
your style will scream as steel thunder echoes

Rock & roll erupts deep from your soul
you capture our core with sweet rock & roll
leather clad fans are ready to go
sweet metal will echo aglow

No one knew how far it would roll
rock will roll down the endless road
rock & roll to soothe the soul
rock & roll to grow to overload!

This is a really outstanding poem celebrating rock and roll. Love the feel of joy and just pure fun that rock and roll can be. The music really does get deep within you and erupts back out, giving energy to the performers on stage or just gets you in the mood for some fun as it flows out of your radio, Stereo, Bomb box, CD player or ipad or just anything else. A wonderful poem Eric, I sure enjoyed it!
