Butterfly,Butterfly

Butterfly,Butterfly

A Poem by Flat White Pebble

butterfly, butterfly.

Wings of blue,green,chartreuse,
A palm leaf dances, wind.
Swaying, benevolent.

Next to you i am nothing,
In comparison, nothing.
A global man of birth, no more,
Wounded to the earth,
Impervious to harm.

Blessed if, you, will.

Under your protection i live and grow.
You give me what i need when i need,
And tend me with light.
You show me mercy so i may know forgiveness.
Understanding and grace of the flower of life.
This of mans heart is dark and removed,
for i will never venture there again.
To That black room where he waited for me, Patiently.

Adventure was, was pledged, and knowledge my gain.

Received and put to fire,
Only to fail, and rise again.
Soul found and delivered,
my penance, is complete.
