"she loved me sometimes but I loved forever"
When a relationship breaks apart, the most committed party suffers the most. But anyone of us can heal. And then we can wear the scar as a reminder so that we don't take life and people too seriously.
May this individual get better luck next time. May he find a woman worthy of such uninhibited love.

Nothing can be sadder than the weight of all the broken pieces of ones heart. To pick up each piece one by one till eventually it's able to be restructured to something like it was. The scars remain
Hi there,
I know it has been awhile... I had a few not so great accidents...and, could not use my arm/hand to write...
Anyways, I am back and was delighted to find this one of yours...as if it was waiting for me.
I feel your sadness as it floats off the page and into my heart... I am beckoned to read more and your amazing responses to others.
Pain seems to bring about great poetry. Love lost.... such sadness... I relate to this...
These words moved me as I read and reread them several time.
"As this night like one other held within my arms
I kissed and was asked to forget by endless skies."

oh, Dearest, it is grave,
the whole dark poetry to its end,
the pinline, is a great fragility,
and becoming lost woo.

Where darkened poetry meets its solemn end,
The pinline, fragile thread, doth gently wave,
As lost souls wander, seeking love to mend.
In shadows deep, where poignant words reside,
A noble laureate weaves a mournful tale,
Each syllable, a universe implied,
In echoes of emotions, hearts bewail.
Through ink-stained nights and melancholy days,
I pen the verses of a tender woe,
In whispered rhymes, love's bittersweet ballet,
Where fragility and passion interflow.
Oh, Dearest, let this poetry declare,
The beauty found in life's ephemeral flight,
In every word, my soul I earnestly bare,
A noble laureate, lost in love's twilight.
The worst kind of pain a person can feel, your all by yourself in love sickness. Others don't care, it hurts like no other. Nice job on the poem

A soul adrift in shadows, secrets keep,
Each ache, a symphony of silent cries,
Hidden 'neath the moon's indifferent eyes.
Alone, they bear a burden far too vast,
A pain that echoes from the distant past,
No solace found in daylight's warm embrace,
But in the quiet, tears softly trace.
Invisible sorrows, heavy as the night,
Yet within, a flicker of resilient light,
They endure, though darkness may consume,
A solitary soul, in the silent gloom.
Yet in their solitude, a strength takes flight,
For even in pain, there lies a quiet might,
To rise above the ache, to find a way,
To face the dawn of a brighter day.
I am attempting to be friendly. outside of poetry. thank you for kind words.
