Lets Stay in This Dream

Lets Stay in This Dream

A Poem by Ryan Luse

Let's Stay In This Dream
a ryan luse jam

The room is bluish red, and there's a water bed, above us swarm fairy-flies

Just turn the page, there's a skyway stage, yet we're dreaming with open eyes

Guitar riffs and clouds, joined by joyous crowds, listening to the concert we let unfold

I'll take that dance, because were not here by chance, spinning a story of true love untold

Would you like to stay in this dream?
I don't want to awake our precious smile
Would you like to stay in this dream?
The sun won't be up for a while

The treasure we can keep, baby we are in this so deep, I wonder what's beyond that wall

I love how you glow, you're a tender muse you know, and I don't want to wake up at all

We can change the scene, with poetic playful beams, are path is almost in our view

We'll paint in Gods shade, a place before time was made, almost as beautiful as you

Would you like to stay in this dream?
I don't want to awake our precious smile
Would you like to stay in this dream?
The sun won't be up for a while

Let's stay in this Dream my darling….
