When Cupid aims wrong

He passes by her at the corridor

She looks away, not wanting him to know how she feels,

A flirty grin shines upon his face,

As he continues talking to his hommies,

Deep inside, she's thinking;

If only he were mine..

 

She looks up mid lesson,

Turning her gaze towards him,

One moment cracking up at a joke,

Next, deep in concentration,

Silent admiration, deep inside her heart is itching,

If only he know..

 

Her mind drifts away,

Whilst her friends go on about shopping and dreams,

He's taken over her mind,

Since she set sight on him,

Coz everything he does, every word he says,

It all takes her breath away,

If only he could see..

 

There's a battle in her head,

Confusion creeping upon her,

Pressure increasing, heart leaping,

The few words he's said to her,

The intentions behind it,

If only she could read his mind,
