Read Between the Lines

Read Between the Lines

A Poem by Nameless
"

random. insane. purely original. By the way, pay attention to the bolded lines. They may possibly mean something?

"
Haven't written anything good in a while,
Decided to change it up,
I love the way you smile.
Thought up some lines, terrible at first sight,
So I'm writing this,
You're my inspirational light.
These scratches on trees may rest unseen,
To remember these days,
Our endeavors obscene.
I'll step out of this page for just a moment,
This is what I miss,
          time by the arms
Holding you in my arms is what I meant.
Glitch in my thought's clarity,
Few to understand,
Our love is what carried me.
Over the hills and god knows how far away,
Memory blends in with the paint,
The truth in this painting of us gone astray.
This has strayed off the path never to be found,
Just sing me that song,
"I love you now don't you make a sound."
Have I written anything good in a while?
Time's escpaing at an alarming rate,
Three...two...one...I love the way you smile?

Nameless
Its random and all over the place, I know. But it does have meaning, all thoughts do. Let me know what you think of mine.

I really like the idea of this. It's all over the place, but in a good, really raw way. The way our minds actually think without filtering the words before we say them. I love this.
