THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS OF LOVE AND LIFE!

Your on the go you have allot going on in you life,
You have brought the perfect home, and have a great wife.
Your in the GREEN zone your stress free,
Everything is how you want it to be.

You have hit a bump in the road you have come to a stop,
You flew up that hill, you have had quite a drop.
Sometimes the RED zone is a much needed break,
I believe this is something everyone should take.

Me though im stuck at this YELLOW light,
Its certainly not glowing very bright.
Im not moving faward, im holding back,
Im unmotivated and depressed, dont mean to be slack.

My GREEN light seems to be broken,
My RED light glows so consistent.
My YELLOW light my only token,
The Traffic in my life non existent.

I need to be on that road, i need to start my car,
Because sitting on the sidelines isnt getting me far.
I need to join the traffic, i cant sit scared,
I just feel so god darn unprepaired...

I want anything but YELLOW....
I want the grass to grow GREEN beneath my feet...
i want anything but YELLOW....
I refuse to be torn down in defeat.

I will stop at a RED light sometimes and take my rest,
But i dont want to fail lifes test,
and I hope someday to be at my best....
