DON'T CRY FOR ME!

A poem about a mother that has died and the mother talking to the daughter even though she cant here her, and the daughter talking to the mother even though she thinks she isn't there!

Don't cry for me daughter, Its time for me to go.

Don't cry for me daughter, I want you to know....

My time on earth is over, you don't knead me anymore,

My time on earth was well lived, I died happily, of this i'm sure.

I'm lost without you mother, my heart has torn in two,

I'm lost without you mother, I don't know what to do.

I'm getting married soon, You wont be there you'll miss so much.

I'm getting married soon, It wont be the same without my mothers touch.

You're beautiful my daughter, I'm sorry for the things i will miss, 

You're beautiful my daughter, you're wedding will be perfect i know this.

You're blessed my darling, with strength, courage and lots of love.

You're blessed my darling, with the beauty and grace of a dove.

Life seems meaningless mother, there's so much i had left to learn,

Life seems meaningless mother, without you i will crash and burn.

I cant do it alone mother, for i don't know where i would start,

I can't do it alone mother, you where my inspiration, when it came to my art.

You will go so far in this life my child, You're dreams will all come true.

You will go so far in this life my child, you're talented and i believe in you.

So don't cry for my child, I'm right beside you holding your hand.

Don't cry for me child, I'ts time for me to go, please try to understand.

I gasp in awe as i smell your sent, of vanilla essence and wine,

I gasp in awe as i feel you place you're hand on mine.

I know its you and suddenly i understand,

i no longer need you to hold my hand....

I smile as i say: 

I will always love you, now its time for me to let you go.

Thank you for teaching me everything i know.

I really love this, my mother and father died when I was four, I was adopted by a family here in Maine, but I've always wondered about my biological parents, I blamed myself for their deaths even though I KNOW its not my fault, but I cant help it, I've never NOT wished they were here... this was a very touching piece!

I never knew my real father. Got my mom pregnant and left. I've had 3 step dads though and one of them died from alcoholism.

this is such an emotional and sad piece hun but great amazing write.
it must be so hard for people who don't have their mother around.
kids look up to their mum so much, and then when they leave it's harder for them to move on alone.
its a great conversation between the mother and daughter hunny, and another amazing piece.
it touches my heart every time i read this one. its just amazing.

Aw wow. This was so sad!!! :( You know it's a good write when you actually start feeling the emotions put into it. It was so good ans it made me realize how much I do love my mom!! :) Great write though, honestly that was amazing.

Yeah my mothers not that great most of the time shes selfish.... as anything. I love her though shes my mother, it would be really hard to loose your mother
