Truth and Lies

Truth and Lies

A Poem by Plot Thief

Everything's just as simple as

precisely

'theyhavemedownpat'

Do they really know me at all?

The truth of the matter

What is truth?

What is it really?

Is it an ambundance of knowledge pressed together

In the form of black and white?

Pictures recovered from the past

Lost women and men

Names and faces never to return

Is that what the truth is?

If so, then why do we wish to know it?

'tellmethetruth'

Tell you what truth?

How do you know that I am lying?

How do you know if the truth is really a lie?

Or lies are really truths?

Are you God?

Do you know all?

O, praise God! For you know have to differenciate

Between

TRUTH

and

LIES
