I had to find a way to describe this moment I shared with my lover :))

your hands

gently

cradle my face

and your eyes

looked my undressed body

up and down 

and you smiled

as you said

“you’re so gorgeous”

and my heart

never felt so warm

as it did

when you could see all my flaws

and still find beauty in it
