Dose of fear
This dose of fear was good for me; just a lesson I misunderstood. Please, give me one more chance, just another piercing glance, for you never looked me in the eyes ever again. I promise no more lies. Fear became my strangest convection, manifested through introspection, for I lost you in my innocence, in my ignorant impatience. You became my reason in this Autumn season. This fear pushes me to react somehow against this fact, that I long to erase my shame and have you call out my name, but with my memories on your side, I would always run away and hide. Maybe, just maybe I'll wave my hand and you probably will never understand. I wish to erase your bad memories of me, atleast keep daily courtesies, and simply have you smile at me, just once in a while. © 2010 black.butterfly |
