Black butterflies

Butterflies of black wings,
burried alive in white & red sand,
eternally imprisoned by golden rings
in silent suffering no one can understand.

Beings of no wills or choices,
with hallow wings that can't fly.
They niether have faces nor voices,
only able to hear the wind cry.

They see the world through a black mask,
where red roses simply never exist,
going through life as a questionable task,
like a future shadowed by dust and mist.

Beautiful captured black butterflies:
wait for a day you are set free.
Don't be swiped by hopeless sighs;
keep your wings fluttering & you'll see.

The way you described their life as a questionable task was romantic in the old meaning of the word, beautiful poem. Great work.
