Glass HeartA Poem by black.butterflyA story of a naked soulGlass
Heart When you invade my mind, I desperately try to lie, but fail. I look for a sanctuary I cannot find, for I am the one you always trail. My skin is see-through. I am naked before your eyes. I am the only thing true and free of sought-after lies. Tell me it is all right my lass; words that will never scatter, since my heart is that of glass. Tell me that does not matter. © 2010 black.butterflyAuthor's Note
