You drag my heartA Poem by black.butterflypoem, loveYou drag my
heart You drag my heart down on the floor, With a time-eaten rusty iron chain. It’s nothing like I have ever seen before, You cause me this unforgettable pain. Is it that my waves crashed at your shore? I do not see what you’re gonna gain. You do not see what I’m crying oceans for, For you heart breaking is simple and plain. My heart was pierced deep into the core, Yet bits and pieces of my soul were not slain. For my resolve, you just wait one day more, I’ll show you how much you are vain. © 2010 black.butterflyAuthor's Note
