Tomorrow

 

 

 

I can't think of yesterday,

or even of today,

the only thing thats on my mind,

is that tomorrow seems years away.

 

We can search a thousand forests,

and travel a thousand tides,

but i know we'll never find it,

cause tomorrow always hides.

 

The world it lies before us,

we can take it as it comes,

or we can chose our very own destiny,

and live our lives as one.

 

Tomorrow i will see your face,

and hold your gentle hands,

we'll talk forever and a day,

about distant shores and foreign lands.

 

I know our hopes and dreams won't die,

we won't allow that fate,

we'll carry all our tomorrows,

to heavens pearly gates.

 

But lets not talk about tomorrow,

and live only for today,

whats happening right here right now,

is all that matters anyway.
