Consumed with need, let us be.

Need

It grabs you,

shakes you to the core.

Lust, love,

drugs and poison.

We all go crazy,

just the thought that maybe,

we'll get our fix.

Sadness, depression,

just pulling the trigger,

it calls to us all.

Only some give in.

Our minds and bodies are all curious or drawn to these things at some point in our lives. I think everything in your poem can lead to insanity if taken too far. It was short and to the point, pretty good!
