That GirlA Poem by Mily
I am that girl.
I am the girl that can sit outside in the midnight blue, and not get sick of adding up the stars. I am the girl who prefers to watch movies made for children, and enjoys them like a child would. I am the girl who would much rather have a big purple bowl of chips than a nice bowl of salad. I am the girl who wants to stay home and watch binge watch Gray's Anatomy, but will try and take the chance with everyone but the one person who really wants it. I am the girl who doesn't have much friends, but loves the ones she has. I am the girl who loves and hates herself. I am the girl would much rather have a book in her hand than a bottle. I am the girl with the confused heart. I am the girl who's hungry for someone to love her, but when is loved appears full to the brim and no longer wants the love. I am the girl who wants jewelry and food at her doorstep but doesn't want to admit it. I am the girl who has love, but sometimes questions if she wants it. I am the girl who questions how she could ever question the love. I am the girl who is split, but whole at the very same time. I am the girl who loves butter on bread, but wants to be healthy. I am the girl who walks around helping people, but doesn't help herself. I am the girl that loves sleep but stays up all night. I am the girl that clashes between both sides, the black, the white and they gray. And I am the girl that doesn't know which color to choose. I am lost in all the different hues in my heart.
