Something experimental! I like the idea of positive reminders being just as important as the life saving ones. I dont know if this is a format I'll come back to, but I like it as a fun, quick little thing!

This sounds like a good system. Deeply entrenched beliefs need ongoing reminders to get them under control, otherwise they will try to reassert their dominance. Of course, change doesn't usually come overnight, so one must be patient and consistent when using such a method. Good luck.
