Zero Hour Rain [Freeze The Moment]A Poem by Emunah June.Translated, transcribed, and created into something new with each breath we take.Do you still love the rain? Not the rain that weather provides But the sweet smell of wet memory Splattered loneliness, ace of spades, trying hard to believe That such a time was free to touch, the padlock included Do you still love the freedoms that came accompanied by a rhapsody of abyss? Do your daydreams still fall back into the grass, used to feeling so alive? Tell me your heart hasn't gotten used to the sweet refrain of nature's cry Translated, transcribed, and created into something new with each breath we take Shared among cracked lips, whispering soft "I love you"s as we freeze the moment Your fingers reaching for an umbrella, delicately trying not to crack my porcelain You've always loved things like this, please tell me your map isn't missing The key to all the answers rests within us, all you have to do is take it As zero hour creeps between the shadows, I'm left to ponder why I came here in the first place My happiness genuine, my passion for you eternal, yet something's missing The skies are much too clear, and as our fingers intertwine, leaning in for one more kiss We tend to forget about the feelings we put off on the rain
