The idea f you beng here, with me, made such a holy holiday all the better.

You'll never know the sound of excitement I made

When you told me

"I'll be there for Christmas."

The idea of seeing you

Here

With me

Made such a holy holiday

All the better

 

And yet

Not all is well

Within the confines of my memory

 

May I kiss you?

Maybe only once.

Maybe

Maybe

Just on the cheek?

Right before you go?

Or maybe

Right as you arrive?

Aiport gates with possible forthcomings

A new land

Its all so foreign to you

 

I'll mind my Christian manners

Saying "Yes please

No thank you

May I,"

And I'll hold your hand if you get scared

And I'll accept you

Love you

Despite all your flaws and fears

 

 

I can't say I'll look like her

With raven black hair and striking black eyes

But I can tell you I'll always be there for you

And a week

Or more

Is enough for me

To simply take in your presence

And love you all the more

 

 

May I kiss you?

It doesn't have to be on the lips, yknow

But

If you'd like that

I wouldn't object~

 

 

I had a dream

Where you and I

Were forever

And when I woke

It didn't feel so far away

 

 

The idea of always being yours

Of always being a piece of you

Golden band and holy promise

I'd kiss you then

Because it wouldn't be such a foreign idea

 

 

But now

I blush

Simply at the idea

Of being in your arms.

 

 

So as the snow that may fall

Falls

And as that moment of solitude arrives

May I kiss you?

 

 

If only for a moment?

Awe, this was a cute piece. Wanting to kiss someone is always a sweet feeling. Showing that person that you love them through that. Everyone hopes that they will get that kiss from that one person.
