The Anzac (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) story is remenbered by Australians every year. These brave men and women died for us. As much as I want to expose what all the wars were realy about I still think they did a lot for our country. God bless

Our freedoms been put to the test, but it’s never fallen apart

So; thank god for our Anzacs their courage and their pride

Let’s pray now for the ones who lived, and the ones who died

Commemorate our soldiers of the past

Remembering brave men and women of the past

 

So if you feel proud mate, wear that badge with pride

They say you’re not a hero, cause you weren’t left behind

But you’ve had teers, you’ve seen it all

All that’s evil and bad about war

And you pray that what you fought for survives

So turn around and say;

Have a feeling I've heard similar lyrics. As there is so much material on this subject avaliable in Australia I would be naive to think that I havent somehow been influenced by another piece of ANZAC writting.
