down this path

down this path

A Poem by Xen enderide

down this lonesome path i tread
I know not where i will be lead
down this path of mystery
down away from misery

to find myself who was mislaid
to find my soul that began to fade
I know not who I was, I do not remember
to leave it as such be better

It would be best to forget all that
so the pains will not come back
not that it matters anyway
what matters are the things past this day

That was my favorite piece by you. Only a small thing: I would add a to in the first line of the third stanza. "It would be best to forget all that"

Nevertheless a great piece. Bravo.

Ahh, no trouble at all. Nothing is perfect the first go around.
