LOVE LOST

MOVING ON BUT NOT LETTING GO

if my heart could break into tiniest pieces

consume the soul of my very deepest

devour the life out of me I wishes

so as not to feel the pain that tarries.

 

not wanting to hear the lies and excuses

the fake smiles and missing you always

deep within doesn't really muses

nor even care if I die or passes.

 

the joys and sorrows if only be told

the sweetest days and events untold
