Wishing everyone in the cafe..

in our beloved countries..

on beautiful planet Earth ~

all there is to make life as perfect

as it possibly can be 

a warm place to lay one's head..

friendship.. respect and tolerance..

good health.. empathy.. hope and

patience.. and more.. far more ~

but most of all:   

true affection or love in another

person's eyes..

safety shared in warm arms.. and

preciousness that neither money nor

status can ever, ever replace

Wonderful sentiment you have expressed here Em for New Year in most challenging times. When the going gets tough, it's people who can make all the difference even in times of social distancing. Possessions and money count for nowt in the overall picture, but love and good health is everything. Wishing you dear Em all the best in life for the tear ahead.

You understand more than most, Chris... this IS the time when ~ for a billion reasons, people take the reins and beckon warmth and more into oft dark shadows. Sometimes I feel like singing out except that I can't sing and should not.. thus tis words that sing for me!! Just now and again, i get it right.. a rarity but.. still wearing L. plates!

Am sitting in silence with the pooches as foot warmers and a coffee to hand, best time of the day for me :)) It won't be long before the younger of the two pooches starts hounding me to ready myself for his trip to Willen Lake, where he goes into working mode and harasses anything with feathers. Not good in a place that is a bird watchers delight :))
Gotta feeling 2021 is gonna be my year Rodders and this time next year we'll be millionaires.
Hope this year brings to you all that your heart desires Miss EmmaJ, I really do :))
