Latest news via Helen, Ken's very thoughtful wife.
Hello Emma,
I thought you might like to know that Ken has turned a corner. I spent the afternoon with him yesterday and there was a great change in him. All his infection markers have come down and they are transferring him to a general ward over the next few days if he continues to improve. It's all going in the right direction for which I'm eternally grateful.
I've hooked him up to the Internet so I'm hoping he will be able to let you have an update soon. He's no recollection of how he ended up in hospital, or the passing of time. I have let him read your letters and best wishes and he was very pleased that you all cared for him.
I just want him home with me now. It's not the same without him.
Dear Emma first thank you for letting us know. That is such a great thing what you do. And for Ken, I hope he gets better soon. Our prayers are for Helen and Ken, we miss his writings.
Dear Ken,
You keep getting better. WE miss you greatly. WC is not the same without you and your wonderful, descriptive poetry. You are one of the anchors here. Get well.
