( Extract 13) Edaline Simard's Diary of Completly and Utterly Normal?

A Chapter by emilythestrange

Day after the dinner party.......Or two...........Or three

Ok, why is my life such an action movie? I mean, I wanted something exciting, but this is just... Too much... I'm at home now, but I'm not actually sure what the day is. Did I spend two days with Esme and her sister, or three? Is it day or night?( Actually, I'm pretty sure it's night.... My curtains are closed, and my mum probably closed them). How did my life get so messed up? Can I go back in time, or is that completely impossible? Anyway, Esme and I have a plan. Her sister is leaving tomorrow- it's not me, she actually needs to leave, Esme insisted- so it's just us now. When we'd finished our coffee she explained it to me properly. Okay... Okay..................................Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooookaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay...............................................................

Okay.

The FBI

In 2002, the FBI decided to create a town of citizens who were completely law abiding- no graffiti, no murders, no need for police. Then other towns would want to be like them, and then other towns and other towns and other towns. But they had a BIIIIIIIIIIIG problem... Where there are humans, there will always be crime. So the FBI started working on some machines that could clone people, just by taking their blood or tissue or something.... But it didn't work like that... The machine needed a full body scan to work, so the FBI kidnapped some people, and cloned them. By 2003, they'd perfected this method. They cloned people, then they put the clones on robots, then let these robots lose on the town.

The Robots

The Robots turned evil within the next year. They were only meant to clone people with the FBI's permission, but they started cloning everyone who moved into town instead. But there was another bad thing... The cloning machine, they made millions more of them.......And they locked the people that they cloned in there antil they starved to death..........

The Remote

The FBI had a remote that controlled the Robots, but then the robots got it, and they are going to destroy it in a week( don't ask me how she got this information). We need to get that remote.

Us

Under NO circumstances are we to be caught, or worse, cloned!

Does it make slightly more sence now? No, not to me either. Let's just hope that they havn't killed my mum and dad yet.

Or that Esme is wrong and they've already destroyed the remote.

Or that I've run out of liquorice.

I want some Jaffa Cakes.

              Three seconds later

I really want some Jaffa Cakes.

                 5 minutes later

I wonder where they sell them in Robot Land?

Do they have Hershey's?
