Expecting

I didn't notice 

I thought it was the normal stress

Hormonal change

Worked on the next cycle

Only to frown at the silence each day

Pinched my body to hear its voice

But only cramps retorts

Ah! It is such unexpected stranger

Knocking with angelic promise

I love you from second one

And I can't wait to see you

Face to face

Oh, I don't care about the morning cramps

For it is a promise many awaits
