Bird Sermon

I wrote this for a friend that was struggling though preparing his Sermon for the congregation.

The most profound sermon I ever heard piped from a singing bird.

All of God’s world paused and listened to the beautiful sound

of peace and love that poured from the little bird’s heart through its song. Everyone of God’s children stood still and breathed in the pure harmony of love and when the singing sermon was at its end no one was left as they were when it began.
