Hoped,

Let down,

Dreamed,

Crushed,

Drowned,

 

If you’re gonna make it back here

Well it’s best you do it now

I feel the creeping fear

That you aren’t coming

 

And I can keep searching because

I don’t give up easily

I can wait until we grow old
