![]() Unjustifiable JusticeA Poem by CircusNerdFolly; disbelief in a belief Castigating "non-believers;" sanctioned no heavenly seat A golden throne of sanguine blood; is there no option of peace? Coercion to reform; death in the name of a greater good But what good can equate so much bad? What glorious serenity justifies so much hate? Repulsive distaste; breeding, spreading like wildfire Do none tire? Of this irrepressible corruption? Exalting one perception; shunning its twin reflection with hushed contempt Primitive brutes of evolution; regressed to immoral barbarians Willed by morality glazed over with hesitance; an impudent facade Wanton hope diminished away -replaced by insolent savagery Capricious wielding of supremacy; cursing the Crown we uphold No resorts left; no untimely, subtle fixes; reform is vital For the pillars of society tremble under the weight of change; an unjustifiable justice
