Just Another Daydream In Math Class...A Poem by CircusNerdCounting down minutes past Lectures galore, but i'm off task Wallowing away in dreams of delight Steal magic from my dreams for tonight Focusing on things "irrelevant" to life Noticing not good, but all causes of strife Forever more a pariah, to this intricate quo Can't dance to this beat or go with this flow Aware that this knowledge will amount to nothing Coerced into learning such meaningless things
But I won't let this jargon corrupt my mind Unlike these others, I'm one of a kind I won't lose to nothings, my marks will stand Not blurred like the rest, a never-fading hand Forever I'll reign, over a new world afar Not this pitiful reality, just a far-off star Where all "irrelevant" things matter most of all I'll be the queen of the sky to another nature's call
