Chaos

cha�os [key-os] 1. a state of utter confusion or disorder; a total lack of organization or order. 2. any confused, disorderly mass: a chaos of meaningless phrases.

People say that things like war, hate, and evil cause chaos;

I say everything else does.

I think that the chaos and turmoil occuring today is an effect of our strive for non-violence and anti-war.

Things like peace and love can cause as much, if not more, chaos than destructive factors,

just think that if we were to live in a world where everybody was at peace with one another it would be so much more likely for people to either go insane or protest for a state of evil, because i know that i would at least go insane.

I don't mean to be pessimistic by saying all of this, because yes it is true that everything, good or evil, can cause chaos, but we just need to learn how to even it out.

And if you are wondering why we are always looking for a way to find peace and love between all of mankind, it is because nobody has ever experienced that feeling.

Our society and race has only ever experienced competition and fear.

So we destroy ourselves through the chaos of trying to reach either a state of good or evil, but when we get to one of those states, we will just continue the confusion and the chaos.

your very plato like in your interpertation of society, and its many battles to maintain dominance (war for one example) your imagery and expressive attitude thrive within this peice of writing. i love the first line, its just so intelectual, and it really explains everything, like a mini prolouge, greatly tieing into your story.
