In My Dreams

When I sleep I dream

Of beauty never seen

of places you've never been

 

I dream of wonderous futures

of a world you couldn't ever capture

I dream I could keep a picture

 

In my dreams nothing matters

Everything is whole and nothing ever shatters

I wish my dream never tattered

 

I wish they would never cease

For in my dreams I am at peace

But my dreams I only lease

If only that lease I could increase.
