If my life were a melody

It wouldn't always be a peaceful serenity

If my life were a melody

It wouldn't always be a pleasant listen for you and me

 

If life were a perfect melody

I'd hit that E and you the G

If my life were a  perfect melody

I'd unite us in perfect harmony

 

But life is not a perfect melody

The sound isn't always pleasant you see

But If i made life my melody

Then I'd make it my masterpiece.
