The Call of Love

The Call of Love

A Poem by Ellen
"

Love is not just a word that we say to one another, but an act of showing the word love.

"
There are many faces to the wonderment of love,
It could be, I'm sure, as beautiful as a dove.

Or could love be a destroying factor in one's mind?
It can hurt and strangle a person that is not so kind.

Everyone on the planet earth know of the the word love,
Can anyone understand the walk of love that needs to be?,
which only come from the Lord above.

Some may think love should be feelings of the heart,
When the feelings silently disappear, there is a guarantee of falling apart.

The call of love should be and is an act from one's soul or being.
There are two, I believe, can only be the achievement of mankind or one person in the lifetime of seeing.

One love is the act of kindness one to another.
Truly this is not a whim for whisper of thought, it has to be the original canvas of art of one that displays to all races of brothers.

The other love has to be the greatest of the two.
The depth of the character of this is far beyond the universe itself, it is the unselfishness of one to lay down his life for another, even though it could end in death for you.

Love is a complicated word for sure.
The greatest of all we have is love the is so pure.
