Inside this ManA Poem by Ellen HenryShe tries to see past the hurt and all the wrong things that he's done. She knows the road won't be easy. She knows it won't be fun. She see's the truth in all the darkness, each moment shines so bright. Something inside of her says go on. This something must be right. She wages the wars and fights the battles in which she has already won. Just to see his smiling face, just to know she made him strong. All of this will someday pay off, she tells herself deep inside. Hoping, praying that someday will come, and his burdens won't have to hide. It's just the world - they see, they judge, but they don't truly understand. What she's doing, what she feels, or what she see's inside this man.
