Another Brick

Another Brick

A Poem by danielle.

Two lives, bound together by their burdens, it seems, when warm memorys are distant & the heart is hardened by worthless sorry's crimes.

The stones in the wall are stacked high now but it still hurts to withold forgiveness sought, to crumble the mortar that holds it.

Promises are not realities. Love is not always kindness. Reality is subjective and herein lies the heart of our dilemma.
