Memories

Memories

A Poem by SilentDreamer

He walks in and thinks,

Look at this place.

So easy to destroy

Tear down the walls

Burn it to the ground

Watch the gray ashes

Fade away

So easy...

But what he doesn't see

Are the memories

wow, so impressive poem of building and destroying...the memory is like a long road..as in this great photo, so it can`t be easily destroyed, but forgotten?

Its' a good picture though but, so is your poem short and sweet with a little a gloom but,. great descriptions.I likes the ending in a since for the guy but, like in thought as if in thought someone could penetrate your walls.

Brief, yet powerful. The picture is a nice touch

Although very brief, it packs a powerful punch...
Nicely done...

Sentimental value makes us hold onto things that other wise may have no value. Memories are wonderful especailly when they sneak up on you and you remember something long forgotten. To anyone on the outside the place may be of no value but to one who had experiences there the place is priceless. Wonderful write.
