Expression and love

Expression and love

A Poem by Reetta

She snapped the strings from its hold,

and oh! a puppet without strings is a free doll.

A somber little star far above,

no longer felt so alone and unloved--

for the cloud of loneliness

will melt like sweets in the rainfall

if you show what it is you love;

shout what it is you desire and think of;

and let the world see the things you’ve set your heart on

And as the strings seem to detach we all know the puppet will be back but not do be a doll but more of a partner, to see just how he guides them all. Perhaps not to be lost

This. This made me smile. It has a whimsical effect. I rather like that. I like the subtle near rhymes here and there. It just makes me feel like a child, but in the best way possible. Very good show.
