Unendurable Weightlessness

An ease to float beyond compare
above those who strive hard
creates an emotion,
A weightlessness unmeasurable.

A feeling of such,
pleasurable to all or some,
yet diminishing as time flies,
and becomes unbearable...

Touching the stars,
is not as exhilarating,
if to touch them...
is of no effort...

Weightlessness goes unendurable
if the meaning of life perishes...

I agree with you. Weightlessness goes unendurable if the meaning of life perishes.

All of us strive to be on top...but it' is painful if we don't get the true happiness we want in life. Sometimes, reaching our goals would lead us apart from the real reason why we are living. We live to be happy- to be contented...but what's the worth of being on top if we don't have such peace of mind?

I hope I can relate to this. You just made an enthralling poem today. Anyway, you're too clever in this one which could be viewed in different ways... in different meanings. With this one, I admire you, kabayan. This is a great piece. I know there is deep emotion in here.
