ColorlessA Poem by ElizabethRaineEverything is washed out.
Help me.
I think I'm alone. The darkness has swallowed me whole. I can no longer hear cries that mirror my own. I fear I'll fade into the shadows that I am submerged into. My mind has lost the ability to remember. I had an image I held so dear; it has faded too. I know there were soft whispers and words meant to make me whole. Those too have gone, leaving me with nothing but a feeling of despair. I used to be so vibrant; I'm colorless here. © 2012 ElizabethRaineAuthor's Note
