A GOOD DAY OUTA Poem by elitheportA humorous, nonsense rambleA GOOD DAY OUT Josedech said, “What the heck! I
think I’ll drive to And run along the shingle sand Without any of my clothes on.” So, drove he did with fifteen quid And a ham and salad sandwich, He parked his car and doffed his gear And
ran naked all the way to When he got there, to many a cheer He
stood on the Josedech felt good, as one would And the girls whistled at his thighs ‘We’re having a party,’ said the arty Dons and undergrads ‘and you can come and show your bum It’s one of our big fads.’ So Josedech, his head and neck And the rest of his pink skin Is famous and still talked about Amongst the crowd that’s in Next time you don’t know what to do and you’re bored and chewing your arm off take off your clothes and off you goes to Brighton or Great Yarmouth © 2011 elitheport |
