                                  What is Love

 

What is love it comes from above.

What is love it's as cute as a dove.

Love is so shy it walks right by.

Love is so tough that it makes you bluff.

Love is joy like when you get a toy.

Love is a kiss that makes you bliss.

Love is red as soft as my bed.

What is love? God. Enough said.

It seems like you neglected actual working imagery for rhyme scheme - and that's not what poetry is about. You may want to rework this into something a little more vivid. For example, "love is red as soft as my bed". You're comparing colors with sensory input. While there is such a thing as a "soft red", comparing it to the feeling of lying down in your bed doesn't work that into it.
